Privacy

Spilt Access Hub stores the client and company details needed to track an access request, the resource identifiers a client submits, verification evidence, timestamps, and an audit history.

What we do not collect

Do not enter passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, private API keys, integration tokens, or session cookies. The service is designed to use official delegated-access and OAuth flows.

Google service authorization

If you choose an automatic Google connection, we use your verified Google email and the GA4 properties or GTM containers available to you only to show your choices, add info@spiltmedia.com with the displayed fixed role to the exact asset you select, and confirm that access. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or train models with it.

We request a short-lived access token for only the selected service, not a refresh token. The token is encrypted with Google Cloud KMS, is never shown to staff or returned to your browser, and is cleared after the grant and independent readback complete. The authorization session expires after 15 minutes. The selected asset, authorizing email, granted role, and verification result remain in the onboarding audit record.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Access and retention

Staff administration is restricted to approved Spilt Media identities. Public request links are expiring and revocable. Transient OAuth sessions are automatically scheduled for deletion. Onboarding records are retained only for the client relationship, access verification, security, and support or legal obligations.

Deletion

You may revoke Spilt Media's role at any time from Google Analytics Admin or Google Tag Manager Admin. To request deletion of your onboarding record or Google-derived data, contact us at the address below. We will verify the request and delete data unless retention is required for a legal or security obligation.
